It is that time of the year again; kids are back out of school, the gym is filling up, the courts are being used, and track and field is back in full swing. Exercise abound, it’s tempting to imagine yourself as a professional gymnast, a basketball player, or the next Hussein Bolt. New seasons mean new opportunities, but while these challenging new goals and habits offer an air of excitement, many people don’t take the time to listen to their bodies as they undertake new adventures.
